FCI Management

Michael W. Griffith, President & CEO, (since 1982): Mike has over 30 years experience in loan origination, loan servicing, default servicing, real estate and investment funds. He founded FCI in 1982 as a local foreclosure company and has successfully expanded it into a national operation with multimillion dollar divisions offering a variety of services. Mike has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and did his undergraduate study at CalPoly State University.

Teri Snyder, Foreclosures (since 1987): Teri has over 25 years experience in default servicing and title insurance. She has a Juris Doctorate from Western State Law School, a B.S. from San Diego State University and holds a California Real Estate Broker's license. Teri held a management position at San Diego Foreclosure Service, and worked in the TSG department of Chicago Title.

Joni Helmick, Loan Servicing (since 1992): Joni has over 20 years experience in the loan servicing and banking industries. She has a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton. Joni held corporate accounting positions at Far West Savings, California Canadian Bank, and Village Investments.

Vivian Prieto, Foreclosures (since 1994): Vivian has over 20 years experience in loan servicing and default servicing. She held default management positions at Security Pacific Bank and Guardian Savings. Vivian also serves as our office manager.

James L. Bierman, Loan Closing Services (since 1998): Jim has over 34 years experience in loan origination, loan servicing, default and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Stanford University's Business Executive Program, the founder of Future Century Investments, and holds a California Real Estate Broker's license. Jim served as Senior Vice President of Southern Pacific Bank, and C.O.O., Executive Vice President of Transamerica Financial Services in charge of U.S. and overseas operations.

Deborah Palomino, Escrow (since 1998): Debbie has over 30 years experience in loan servicing, sales and escrow. She served as Supervisor for Union Home Loans, Loan Officer and Manager for Ajax Home Loans, Loan Officer and Escrow Manager for Sterling Home Loans, and holds a California Real Estate Agent's license.

Moe Peshiman, Accounting (since 1999): Moe has over 20 years experience in accounting, investments, real estate, administration and financial reporting. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Palm Beach, Florida, and holds a California Real Estate Agent's license. Moe served as Controller for Transamerican Corporation, and for Remax Real Estate.

Gordon E. Albrecht, Marketing & Operations (since 2002): Gordon has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and senior management, with an emphasis on strategic analysis for expansion operations. He has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and a California Insurance license. Gordon served as Senior Vice President at T.D. Service Financial, Director of Sales at The Law Offices of Stephen J. Melmet, and worked in the commercial and residential divisions of Fidelity National Title.

Dick Miller, Mortgage Funds (since 2003): Dick has 40 years experience in banking and mortgage banking, including mortgage finance, construction administration, credit, commercial and consumer lending. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking, and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers. Dick has held management positions at Orange Community Bank, U.S. Bank, Bank of Newport, Crocker Bank, and is a Commodore in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

May Baki, Operations (since 2003): May has over 20 years experience in entrepreneurial business and management. She holds a B.A. in Visual Communication from Damascus University in Syria, and a B.A. in Literature from the University of Tourin in France. May holds a California Real Estate Broker's license and speaks 4 languages.

Kamran Marzbani, Technology (since 2005): Kamran has over 18 years experience in complex system design, management, development and project supervision. He has a M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany. Kamran held IT and management positions at Siemens, GfK Research, and BMW Group.

Jean A. Dungey-Smith, Specialty Servicing (since 2005): Jean has over 25 years experience as a legal assistant in the national syndication division of Monarch Properties, and Senior Underwriter for Hallmark & Associates Insurance brokerage focused on residential and commercial developers. Jean has managed the National Loan Servicing department at FCI and now manages the REO division handling hundreds of national property dispositions at any given time.

Joe Sedeno Jr., Specialty Servicing (since 2006): Joe has over 23 years experience in all aspects of Collections including skip trace, modification, workout, repossession and liquidation.  He has held collection and management positions at Sunwest Bank, Western Financial Savings, and Bankers Motor Acceptance.
