If
you want to sell loans, FCI has an unusually wide range of
experience in this area from smaller groups to large multi million
dollar portfolio transactions. If you are a direct seller (no Brokers) ready to sell a pool of delinquent loans, we regularly assist our loan servicing clients in their purchase. They generally look for 1st position SFR loans nationally. Loans in Foreclosure, some Bankruptcy, and Charge Offs are fine. Pool size is usually $20M principal balance, property values over $100k, with a purchase price of 40 to 60 cents. Our clients can usually analyze a spread sheet and wire funds in 14 days.
