As a practice, FCI does not solicit Borrowers or Investors. We work with Borrowers, Investors, Mortgage Funds, and Brokers to complete transactions.align="justify">
FCI's Funding program
handles the creation and funding of loans and loan pools. We have experienced staff skilled in
underwriting and sales. These services are provided primarily for:

Brokers who need assistance funding loans

Mortgage Fund (Pool) owners who need borrowers or investors

Investors who want to fund loans

Borrowers who need money
Borrowers on loans serviced by FCI will be directed to the serviced Broker or Fund Manager for refinancing.
Investors from Broker or Mortgage Fund clients of FCI will be directed to that Broker or Fund manager for investments.
Our Broker Assisted Funding program allows Brokers with a Borrower to come to FCI for private money to complete the Loan.
Brokers can also bring their borrower and investor to FCI and use THE PACKAGE to do the Loan on FCI's Broker's License with FCI assuming liability for the transaction.
