Vacating a property needs to be a planned, multi-step process that is done as quickly and economically as possible. FCI uses a carefully selected network of attorneys that are very familiar with this industry and our client's needs. We have also negotiated preferential fee structures.
FCI will typically attempt to negotiate a Cash for Keys agreement that includes a quick move out and property inspection for damage before payment is made. This can save significant holding time and possibly thousands of dollars in property damage. If this is not arranged within two weeks, the Eviction process is started.
The property is secured at voluntary move out, or with local law enforcement at the Eviction lock out.
This service is available for properties that are in Specialty Loan Servicing as REOs. There is a one time $50 Eviction coordination set up fee, plus attorney costs.
