Every file, California or National, is processed by an experienced bankruptcy attorney.
The Attorneys we select are very familiar with this industry and our client’s needs. They are skilled at dealing with bad faith maneuvering, and know the characteristics of each bankruptcy district and tendencies of the judges.
This service is available for loans that are in Specialty Loan Servicing. There is a one time $100 Bankruptcy coordination set up fee, plus attorney costs.
